We travel to distilleries and taste through individual barrels until we find one worth bringing home. Each barrel is unique. When it's gone, it's gone.

Our bartenders pick the barrels, not a sales rep. That's the difference. We've sourced from Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Knob Creek, Weller, Russell's Reserve, and others across the country.

Do I need a reservation to visit the whiskey bar?

We take reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings through Tock. Every other night is walk-in only — just show up. No cover, no minimum. The whiskey collection is always available. For guided tastings or flights, just ask your bartender.

What is a single barrel pick?

We travel to distilleries and taste through individual barrels until we find one worth bringing home. Each barrel produces a limited number of bottles with a unique flavor profile. When a barrel is empty, that whiskey is gone.

How much does a pour cost?

Varies by bottle. Standard pours start around $10. Single barrel picks and rare bottles go higher. Ask your bartender — there is no wrong question.

What is the Whiskey Society?

A community of whiskey drinkers centered around Sugar House. We run ticketed tasting events, announce barrel picks first to members, and maintain a Facebook group where people share pours and opinions. No dues, no membership card. Just show up.

Can I book a private whiskey tasting?

Yes. Private tastings for groups of 6-15 with a dedicated bartender and custom tasting menu. Popular for corporate entertainment, bachelor parties, and client events. Inquire through our private events page.

Do you sell bottles to take home?

We serve whiskey by the pour. Some of our single barrel selections may be available at retail through partner locations — ask at the bar for current availability.
