We built this bottle by bottle over 15 years. Guided by our bartenders' palates and our guests' curiosity. Every bartender knows every bottle on the shelf. Tell them what you like and they'll find the right pour.
The collection spans global whisky traditions, from Kentucky bourbon and American rye to single malt scotch, Japanese whisky, and Michigan-distilled spirits. We also carry rare and allocated bottles that don't make it to most bars.

Hand-Picked Barrels
We travel to distilleries and taste through individual barrels until we find one worth bringing home. Each barrel is unique. When it's gone, it's gone.
Our bartenders pick the barrels, not a sales rep. That's the difference. We've sourced from Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Knob Creek, Weller, Russell's Reserve, and others across the country.

$50 – $75 per person
Ticketed tasting events and hands-on whiskey classes. Barrel releases, distillery spotlights, and deep dives into specific styles. 20–30 seats.
Private & Corporate
$100 – $150 per person
Groups of 6–15 with a dedicated bartender and a custom tasting menu. At our bar or yours. Corporate entertainment, bachelor parties, client events.

Half-price pours from our single barrel picks, every Wednesday from 5 PM to close. We rotate selections regularly. Ask your bartender what's on the rail this week.
