A deep dive into the history and production of America’s native spirits. We will taste and learn about the mash bills, aging requirements, and distinct characteristics of bourbon, rye, and American single malt.
A guided tour through the essential American whiskey cocktails. We will build both pre-prohibition classics and modern standards together, while discussing the techniques and lore that define American bar culture.
